PETITE SPRING SESSIONS… WHAT ARE THEY?

Your Petite Spring Session will reflect that of a standard lifestyle family photography session, just – you guessed it – smaller.  Congruent with my lifestyle approach toward photography, our focus will be on the relational dynamic of your family, which means plenty of laughter and snuggles.  Although we will certainly aim to capture that photograph with everyone looking at the camera and smiling in our 20 minutes together.  Given the smaller time frame, our focus will be on gathering a small collection of full family images rather than individual portraits.

 

WILL I GET MY DIGITAL IMAGES AFTER THE SHOOT?

Yes!  Within 1-2 weeks of your session date I will deliver to your email a fully downloadable online gallery with 15 photographs, both in color and black and white.

 

WHEN ARE PETITE SESSIONS AVAILABLE?

Petite sessions are limited to two Saturdays in April, the 2nd and 9th, close to sunset.  Sessions are booked on Saturdays with the next day being reserved as a rain date.  You may select your date(s) of interest below.

 

WHERE WILL MY SESSION BE HELD?  As a natural light photographer, your Petite Spring Session will be held outdoors during [or otherwise very close to] the golden hour of sunset.  Specific locations correlate with the dates noted below.  See images below from each location.

WHAT IS MY INVESTMENT?

Petite Spring Sessions are $200.  

 

MAY EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS JOIN THE FUN?

Most certainly extended relatives are welcome with a further investment of $25/per additional family member.  Pets are always welcome at no additional fee :)

 

WILL YOU HAVE ANY PROPS?

I do not use props given my lifestyle approach towards photography.  However I will have you seated for a portion of our time together, so I would recommend a large blanket that compliments your color palette that won’t mind a potential touch of spring mud.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Be comfortable, be yourself.  Upon booking your session, I will provide you with a helpful guide!

 

MAY I ORDER PRINTS OR WALL ART THROUGH YOU?

Absolutely.  Your gallery is linked directly to my professional printing lab which you, or any guests given gallery access, are free to order physical prints through.  

Wall art is a particular passion of mine, and I would most gladly love to help you know how to best showcase your family images in your home with a custom piece.

 

HOW DO PETITE SESSIONS DIFFER FROM A FULL SESSION?

Petite sessions are only offered earlier in the year, which means the weather might be a bit chillier.  Full lifestyle family sessions are a full 75 minutes, allowing us to capture a wider range of moments, portraits of each child, intimate moments as a couple, a location of your choice, and multiple settings inside that one location, taking full advantage of both your surroundings and that coveted golden hour at sunset.  Your gallery is upgraded from 15 images to 75+ images and also includes a $15 print credit.
